Updated 03.21.13… The information below addresses the series of public meetings and City Council work sessions that have been held in conjunction with the proposed draft ordinance addressing clean air in St. Joseph workplaces and public places, and information on upcoming meetings. A work session will be held on Wednesday, March 27, at 4:15pm, in the Council Chamber at City Hall. As the public has had numerous opportunities to express their opinions, the work session will be a policy meeting only, and public comment will not be allowed. The format is such so that it will maximize City Council’s time to discuss and, ultimately, determine what, if any, action will be taken. Additionally, if action will be taken, what course that will be. Thank you for your interest in this issue.
