Councilmember Bill Falkner was elected to an at-large position on the City Council on April 4, 2006. Bill is a second generation St. Joseph business leader, taking over his family’s plumbing business. His hands-on life and business experience brings a perspective to issues that begin and end with consideration for common sense and hard work being on the same page as political correctness. He has earned a respected reputation for community and educational support of city improvements and devoted years of unselfish time and financial support toward improving the opportunities for athletic, educational and social development of the students and residents of St. Joseph. Falkner is chairperson of the Parks & Recreation Committee and serves on the Planning & Zoning and Streets & Infrastructure Committees. He also has a leadership role in the City’s involuntary annexation effort. |
