Councilmember Gary Roach was elected to the 4th District council seat on April 4th, 2006.

Gary sold automotive parts for over 30 years. A lifelong resident of St. Joseph, Gary attributes winning the election to being able to listen to the people and following up on their requests.

Councilmember Roach is the chairperson of the Streets & Infrastructure Committee and is a member of the Landfill, Water Pollution Control and the newly formed Communication committees.
