For years Clyde Weeks has been gathering memorabilia-cards, photographs, booklets, menus, fans, scraps of paper, pins, badges--anything he could find about Lake Contrary. Through his hard work he has helped St. Joseph keep its memories of our history through good times and hard times.
All photos on this page were
taken from the book "Lake Contrary Days of Glory." The book was published in
the memory of the Ingersolls - Bob and Miss Anna - who brought joy to so
many for a half century.
Special thanks go to the editor of the book, Clyde Weeks. His book has very
interesting information about the history of Lake Contrary.
Copies of the book are available for sale through the St. Joseph Museum.
