Responsibilities
  • Maintains the list of boards and commissions
  • Maintains official records for the city, including
    • Contracts
    • Minutes
    • Ordinances
    • Resolutions
    • Other vital documents
  • Prepares City Council agendas for meetings and work sessions
  • Processes board and commission member appointments
  • Serves as the secretary to the City Council, by their direction
