Pay your Municipal Court citation online
The Municipal Court Services staff works in the second division with a heavy customer service component. The Revenue Manager provides overall supervision of this division which consists of a Municipal Court Administrator (who supervises the day to day activities of the Court staff), the Court Clerk, and Court Services Representatives. These personnel provide support to the Municipal Judge in preparation of court dockets, processing court orders, payments, and maintaining the files and records required by State and Federal law.
The Honorable John Boeh graduated from Washburn University in 1974 and from Washburn University Law School in 1977. He was elected Municipal Judge in April, 2001, filling the vacant seat left by the retiring presiding judge. He was re-elected to his own term in April, 2002. He previously served as City Prosecutor and City Attorney for the City of St. Joseph. Judge Boeh is a member of the Missouri Bar Association and St. Joseph Bar Association. He is a member and past president of the South Side Lions Club and member of the South Side Progressive Association.
