The Crossroads...
The intersection of 28th/Commercial functions as a major intersection for the Urban Trail as well. One can travel on the trail to recreational facilities maintained by the Parks Department, or turn East and travel toward the Belt Highway on the former Chicago & Rock Island Railroad (now Urban Trail). A stretching station is available to cooldown from your labors or to stretch out to begin them.
