Starting Off...
A great jumping-off point for this section of the trail is at the trail-head located at Corby Pond. A stretching station is available next to the parking area, as well as a link to the trail across the Parkway. Take the link and turn right (East) and head toward Ashland Ave.

Take a Walk near Lilac Hill ...
Corby Parkway leads to great neighborhoods along Ashland and Noyes Boulevards, as well as passing by “Lilac Hill”, commemorated by a monument on the site. Corby Pond itself is a popular fishing location as well as offering facilities for picnics.

Entering the Boulevards ...
At this location the walker or biker transitions to the existing sidewalk and street network on Noyes Blvd. On these particular sidewalks (8’ wide) it is legal to bike on the sidewalks, or bikers may want to go on-road as the lanes are extra-wide on these sections. When biking on the sidewalk, please use choose the sidewalk on the same side of the street that matches the roadway direction of travel.
