The George Englehart Houses
1513 Charles Street
Asking $8,000.00
This Colonial Revival style house was constructed between in 1902 by George Englehart, a prominent local wholesale giant and real estate speculator. Englehart’s mansion once occupied the entire block. By 1898 the mansion was replaced by a series of Colonial Revival houses designed by the architectural firm of J.H. Felt & Company.
