Welcome to the City of St. Joseph, Missouri wastewater treatment program website. The main objective of the wastewater treatment program is to protect public health and the environment by providing around-the-clock operation and maintenance of the City’s wastewater treatment system.

In order to achieve this goal, the combined efforts of all Water Protection sub-divisions is required. Together, the Operations, Laboratory and Maintenance sub-divisions assure that the citizens of St. Joseph receive the best quality of service and that all Missouri Department of Natural Resources and the Environmental Protection Agency regulations are strictly adhered to.
