St. Joe Fit
St. Joe FIT is a free program designed to encourage participants to live an active lifestyle while enjoying St. Joseph’s parks and trails. Registered participants can join classes and other fitness activities thanks to sponsorships from the Senior Foundation, Plasma Biological Services and through partnerships with the REC Center and the YMCA. St. Joe FIT 2019 season will explore the trails from April 12 to May 30, indoor walks at the Rec Center on Thursdays from June 6 through August 29, and more trail walks from September 5 through October 17. Register or visit the St. Joe Fit Facebook Page.
The hike and bike trails provide a safe alternative system for bicycle and pedestrian travel throughout the community. This system parallels the parkway system and gives the biker or pedestrian a constant beautiful scenic view as well as being free from vehicular traffic.
This map provides information about the different trail sections and users with a visual guide.
