Emergency Declaration and Order Set to Expire

Effective 11:59pm, Monday, June 15, the Emergency Declaration and Order originally issued by Mayor McMurray on March 16, will expire. The expiration of this order comes at the same time the state’s order will expire, effectively reopening the state.

Effective 11:59pm, Monday, June 15, the Emergency Declaration and Order originally issued by Mayor McMurray on March 16, will expire. The expiration of this order comes at the same time the state’s order will expire, as announced yesterday by Governor Parson, effectively reopening the state. 

It is important to note the coronavirus is still in our community and efforts must continue to fight COVID-19. A mayoral advisory has been issued with suggestions to employ measures to protect public life, health, safety and property. This advisory is in effect June 16 through June 30.
