American Rescue Plan Act Application Deadline

The city was notified it would be receiving approximately $38.7 million dollars as a result of the American Rescue Plan Act. The ARPA Funding Review Committee has announced they will continue to accept requests for funding considerations until July 20.

Liberty Oak Splash Park Grand Opening

The much anticipated and long-awaited Liberty Oak Splash Park is scheduled to open this Friday afternoon. After a year-long wait, the splash park will be open to visitors late Friday afternoon after a grand opening celebration, which begins at 4pm.

Landfill to Accept Storm Debris

St. Joseph residents will be able to take their downed tree limbs and branches from the weekend’s storm to the landfill for disposal beginning Thursday, July 15, during normal hours of operation. Tree limbs and branches are the only acceptable material.
