Join instructor, Kay Gallagher for Total Body Workout, every Friday morning from 8:15 - 9:15 AM at the Joyce Raye Patterson 50+ Activity Center (JRP), 100 S 10th Street, St. Joseph, MO. Face masks must be worn while in the JRP building. They may be removed while in the exercise class only. Cost is $4 per person, per class. Participation is limited to 15 spaces. You're invited to a free, socially distanced, guided, sculpture walk in historic downtown St. Joseph, MO from 10-11 am on Friday, August 7. Meet Teresa Fankhauser, Executive Director of the St. Joseph Allied Arts Council to see and learn about the new sculptures installed around our beautiful downtown area. Please arrive 10 minutes early for this event so that we are ready to go when it's time to start. Our meeting location is the clock located on the Southeast corner of Felix Street Square / 8th and Felix to begin this fun and educational adventure. All ages are invited. Please wear your good walking shoes. This event is weather dependent and will be cancelled if it is raining or storming. Come join the Parks, Facilities, and Recreation Department with the St. Joseph Public Library and the Mark Twain PTA at movies in Bartlett Park! Each family will have a reserved area, so you are able to stay socially distant; masks will also be available. You may bring chairs and blankets to sit on while watching the movies. Popcorn, water, pop, and Kona Ice will be available to purchase, and our servers will bring the food and drinks to the families. Drive-in spots will be available but limited.
