Join Julie and Jena in our new pilot exercise class, Drum Moves! Drum, dance, and grove your way to fitness in this fun class. Moves can be modified so that they can be done sitting or standing to meet all fitness levels. No drumming experience or rhythm required. All classes will meet from 9:30-10:00 am on Wednesday's and Friday's during the month of March. If participation is good, we will rotate this class into our regular class offerings.
