    Join JRP staff for a fun and relaxing time during the monthly craft class, May 20, 2021 from 9-11 am at the Joyce Raye Patterson 50+ Activity Center (JRP), 100 S 10th Street, St. Joseph, MO 64501. Learn how to paint with watercolor using a wax resist technique. Cost is $5 to paint two 9" x 12" watercolor paintings featuring animals.   2. Stay Strong, Stay Healthy

    Was $50 - Free for persons who participate at the Joyce Raye Patterson 50+ Activity Center! Have Fun getting stronger! Stay Strong, Stay Healthy is an eight-week exercise program that meets twice a week for one-hour classes. The goal is to improve participant health and quality of life. Pre-and Post- evaluations are performed so participants can measure their progress. Classes include a warm-up, easy strengthening exercise, with or without weights, and cool-down stretches. Classes will meet at the JRP, 100 S 10th Street, St. Joseph, MO on Tuesdays and Thursdays between May 4 and June 24 from 10-11 am. To register, please contact the JRP, (816) 271-4666.
